Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. In the unlikely event that there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We endeavour to ensure your order is successfully delivered within these time frames but please note; these estimates are based on the currier service we use and are subject to delays.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. PlayrGripz are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it - excluding sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are nonrefundable, you the customer are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We advise that all returns are sent via recorded delivery to ensure they are received, as we are unable to issue refunds for items that do not reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
